TERMS OF SALE

Your order constitutes acceptance of Fredericksburg Distribution’s Terms of Sale.  All items are sold by case quantity.

Prices are subject to change.  All prices quoted FOB shipping point.

All first orders must be paid prior to shipment.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express and money orders. Net terms of 15 days are available upon credit approval for subsequent orders. All past due accounts will immediately placed on credit card payment terms. A finance charge of 1 ½% per month will be assessed on all past due invoices.  Our return check fee is $25.00.

All freight charges are prepaid and billed on your invoice unless otherwise specified in writing to our office. All damage claims must be noted immediately  on the freight bill or filed to the carrier within 24 hours. Freight charges will be higher outside the continental United States because of airfreight charges.
